These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aliza One mobile applications (Customer app and Partner app) and website (together, the "Platform"), operated by Aliza Fabrication ("Aliza One", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.
- You log in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your OTP confidential.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. A mobile number can be registered as either a Customer or a Partner, not both.
2. Our role
Aliza One is a platform that connects customers with independent service professionals (Partners) and sells furniture and related products. Services are performed by Partners, who are independent businesses and not employees of Aliza One. We take reasonable steps to verify Partners but do not guarantee the outcome of any individual service.
3. Service bookings
- Prices shown in the app are estimates and may change after the Partner inspects the work. Any change must be agreed before work begins.
- You agree to provide accurate addresses and be available at the booked slot, with safe access to the work area.
- Rescheduling or cancelling close to the slot may attract a fee, shown at the time of cancellation.
- Report any issue with a completed service through the app within 48 hours so we can help resolve it.
4. Product orders and delivery
- Product prices include applicable GST. Delivery charges and platform fees, if any, are shown at checkout.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with stock, location and circumstances beyond our control.
- Please inspect items on delivery and report damage or defects through the app within the period stated on the order.
5. Payments
- You can pay online through our payment partner Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or by cash on delivery where offered.
- We do not store your card or bank credentials.
- Coupons and offers are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- Orders and bookings may be cancelled from the app before they are dispatched or the Partner is on the way, subject to the cancellation terms shown.
- Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Customised or made-to-order furniture may not be cancellable once production has begun.
7. Partner terms
- Partners must complete registration and KYC and keep their information accurate.
- Partners access job leads through a paid subscription plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Partners must provide services professionally, safely and as booked, and must not take customers off the Platform to avoid fees or misuse customer data.
- We may suspend or remove Partners for poor service, fraud or breach of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the Platform or attempt to access it without authorisation; post false, abusive or unlawful content or reviews; interfere with its security or operation; use it for fraud or any unlawful purpose; or copy or resell our content without permission.
9. Reviews and content
Reviews you post must be honest and based on genuine experience. You grant Aliza One a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on the Platform. We may moderate or remove reviews that breach these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
The Aliza One name, logo, app, website and content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time through our Delete Account page.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aliza One is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for acts or omissions of Partners and third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or booking is limited to the amount you paid for that order or booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
