Aliza One ("Aliza One", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Aliza Fabrication, provides a mobile application and website through which customers can book home and commercial services and purchase furniture, and through which service professionals ("Partners") receive job leads. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Aliza One apps or website you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: name, mobile number, email address and profile photo (optional).
- Addresses: delivery and service addresses you save in the app.
- Orders and bookings: services booked, products ordered, amounts, GST details and order history.
- Partner details: business name, business type, years of experience, city and KYC information needed to verify you.
- Reviews and messages: ratings, reviews and any communication with our support team.
Information collected automatically
- Location: with your permission, your device location to show nearby services and fill in your address.
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, crash logs and in-app activity.
- Push notification token: to send you booking, order and offer updates.
Payment information. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials. We receive only a payment reference and status.
2. How we use your information
- Create and secure your account, including login with a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS.
- Process bookings and orders, arrange service visits and deliveries, and issue invoices.
- Connect customers with Partners and share job details needed to complete a service.
- Process payments, refunds and Partner subscriptions.
- Send transactional messages, service updates and, where permitted, offers and promotions.
- Improve the app, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- With Partners: your name, contact number and service address are shared with the Partner assigned to your booking.
- With service providers: payment gateway (Razorpay), SMS delivery, push notifications (Google Firebase), maps and geocoding (Google Maps) and cloud hosting, only as needed to run the service.
- For legal reasons: when required by law, court order or government request, or to protect the rights and safety of users and Aliza One.
- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
4. Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data as described on our Delete Account page. We may retain certain records, such as invoices and payment records, for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting laws, and to resolve disputes and prevent fraud.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your OTP private and never share it with anyone.
6. Your rights and choices
- Access and correction: view and edit your profile and addresses in the app.
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and data at any time from our Delete Account page.
- Permissions: you can turn off location access and notifications in your device settings.
- Marketing: you can opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting us.
7. Children
Aliza One is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Third-party links
Our apps and website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please read their policies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version, and we will notify you in the app of significant changes.
